By using the OurAI service operated by OURAI TECHNOLOGY, you agree to these terms.

Service description

OurAI publishes a branded shopfront for a property agent and keeps that agent’s listing, enquiry and viewing records. An agent may connect their own WhatsApp Business number, so that conversations on that number also appear in their OurAI workspace, where the agent can read them; the agent replies from their own phone as before. Messages are always sent from the agent’s own number and only when the agent chooses to send them. If the agent switches on Ace’s automatic reply, OurAI sends, from the agent’s own number, one automatic reply to a customer who messaged the agent first about one of the agent’s listings, within 24 hours of that message — marked as automatic, never marketing. OurAI processes an agent’s WhatsApp data only to provide the service to that agent, never for OurAI’s own purposes or for another agent, and never to train AI models.

The agent is responsible for what they publish and send

Listings, prices, photographs and licence details are entered by the agent. OurAI does not verify them, except where a page says explicitly that something was checked and states what was checked. An agent who connects a WhatsApp number is responsible for the messages sent from it, for having a lawful basis to keep their customers’ conversations in OurAI, and for getting a customer’s agreement before sending them promotional or follow-up messages.

Acceptable use

No unsolicited bulk messaging, no spam, and nothing that breaches the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, the WhatsApp Business Terms of Service, or Malaysian law — including the Personal Data Protection Act 2010. We may suspend a connected number or an account that breaks these rules.

Disconnecting

An agent can disconnect their WhatsApp number at any time, in OurAI or in the WhatsApp Business app. What happens to the data is set out in the Privacy Policy.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. OURAI TECHNOLOGY is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
