OurAI gives every property agent a branded shopfront at an address they control. Buyers and tenants browse that agent’s own listings and contact that agent directly — there is no portal in the middle, and no lead is resold to anybody.
About
OurAI is a tool for independent property agents in Malaysia. An agent publishes their listings to a shopfront carrying their own name, licence number and photographs. A customer who finds a home they like taps through to WhatsApp and messages the agent on the agent’s own number. The agent then works the conversation the way they always have.
Alongside the shopfront, the agent has a private workspace for their listings, enquiries and viewings. It is theirs alone — one agent’s records are never visible to another.

What it does today
- Publishes an agent’s listings to a public shopfront — their name, agency, REN or REA number, photographs, prices and areas. Nothing is published that the agent has not entered.
- Puts a WhatsApp link on each listing. Tapping it opens the customer’s own WhatsApp with a message ready to send to the agent’s own number.
- Keeps the agent’s listings, enquiries, viewings and notes in one private workspace.
- Matches an agent’s own listings against their own enquiries, and shows the agent the pairs worth acting on. The agent decides what to do with them.
- Uses AI to draft and to organise — pulling structured details out of an enquiry, writing a listing description. Drafts are shown to the agent, who edits and decides.
How WhatsApp is used
Every WhatsApp link on an agent’s shop opens a chat on your own phone, with that agent, on their own number.
An agent can also choose to connect their WhatsApp Business number to OurAI. When they do, they keep using the WhatsApp Business app on their phone exactly as before, and the same conversations also appear in their private OurAI workspace, so they can keep track of enquiries in one place (they still reply from their phone). Messages still come from the agent’s own number, not from OurAI. What that means for your data is set out in our Privacy Policy.
OurAI never sends promotional or follow-up messages to you unless you agreed to them first, in clear words that name the agent. You will never be asked to agree in order to enquire, to book, or to see a price. You can stop them at any time by replying STOP to that agent, or by writing to hello@ourai.my. It takes effect immediately.
