Ask us to delete your information
You do not need an account, and you do not need to have signed up for anything. If your phone number or email address reached us — usually through a property agent who uses OurAI — you can ask us to remove it.
What happens next
- You get a reference number on the next screen. Keep it — it is how you follow up.
- We find every record tied to what you entered and delete it.
- We complete requests within 30 days.
- Some records we are legally required to keep. We tell you if anything is held back and why.

OurAI never starts a WhatsApp conversation with a customer and sends no marketing. Agents who verify their own number receive OurAI's service alerts there and can stop them any time. Every WhatsApp link on an agent’s shop opens a chat on your own phone, with that agent, on their own number.
If an agent you dealt with has connected their WhatsApp Business number to OurAI, your messages with that agent and your contact details may be stored in their OurAI workspace. Ask here and we will tell the agent and delete them from OurAI within 30 days. To stop WhatsApp messages from an agent at once, reply STOP to them.
