Ask us to delete your information
You do not need an account, and you do not need to have signed up for anything. If your phone number or email address reached us — usually through a property agent who uses OurAI — you can ask us to remove it.
What happens next
- You get a reference number on the next screen. Keep it — it is how you follow up.
- We find every record tied to what you entered and delete it.
- We complete requests within 30 days.
- Some records we are legally required to keep — an opt-out entry, for instance, is what stops anyone messaging you again, so removing it would defeat the request. We tell you if anything is held back and why.
