How OurAI verifies a review
Every review on an OurAI shop comes from a deal that closed. This page explains exactly what we check, what we do not claim, and what we never publish.
What we check
Before a review can exist, the agent sends us the LHDN-stamped tenancy or sale agreement for that deal. A person at OurAI reads it and confirms it names the property and the outcome the agent recorded. We record the date we checked it. That date appears on every verification record.
What we do not claim
We do not verify that the agent is good at their job. We do not verify the opinions in the review. We verify one thing: a stamped agreement exists for a closed deal, and we saw it.
Who can write the review
Only after that check do we issue a one-time link, which the agent forwards to the owner. The link opens once and cannot be reused. The agent cannot write the review, and neither can we — the words are the owner's and cannot be edited afterwards.
What we never publish
We never publish the stamped certificate, the certificate or adjudication number, the street address, the unit number, the price, or anyone's phone number. The certificate names the owner and their property; it is evidence we look at, not evidence we hand out. This is why we do not link to LHDN's certificate check — using it requires numbers that would identify a person who never agreed to be published.
Our relationship with the agent
OurAI is the platform the agent publishes with, and the agent pays us for that. We are not independent of the agent's business. What we verify is documentary and narrow: that a stamped agreement exists, and that only the named owner could write the review. We publish this so you can weigh it yourself.
If a verification is wrong
Tell us at hello@ourai.my and we will withdraw it while we look. A withdrawn verification keeps its address and says it was withdrawn — we do not delete the record, because the share card may still be circulating.
